More than 40% of the American population will be diagnosed with some form of cancer this year, according to the American Cancer Society. What would you do if you discovered one of your employees had cancer? How can you ensure productivity and protect the worker from discrimination? What FMLA and ADA issues come into play? What's the best way to assist the employee on the journey to recovery?

Get the answers to these questions and much more by registering for the all-new HR Hero audio conference, Your Employee Has Cancer: Discrimination, Productivity, FMLA, and ADA Answers.

    - Who can the employer tell (supervisors, coworkers, etc.)?
    - How can medical information be stored, and what constitutes medical information?
  • Accommodations that are helpful to both the employee and employer - Flexible schedules, working from home, reassignment to other jobs, etc.
