Is your organization prepared to face an employment lawsuit? Even if you're not currently embroiled in litigation, you can safeguard your company by learning strategies for dealing with electronic discovery (e-discovery) during a lawsuit or investigation.
Get an update on the new Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and find out how other employers are complying with the new litigation procedures for documentation and communication by participating in the all-new HR Hero webinar:
E-Discovery & Document Retention: What Employers Need to Know
In just 90 minutes, Paul Davidson, an attorney with over 25 years of employment-business litigation experience, will walk you through the practical realities for dealing with e-discovery after a lawsuit or investigation has begun.

- Litigation planning, and
- Effective document retention/destruction policies and procedures.
Your speaker will also provide an update on recent changes to the federal rules:
