About Your Guest Speaker, Paul S. Davidson

Paul DavidsonPaul Davidson is a Nashville, Tennessee attorney who is a partner in Waller Lansden's Trial and Appellate Litigation practice. He has devoted more than 25 years to complex commercial litigation in courts across the nation. He has served as lead counsel in antitrust, securities fraud, intellectual property, employment, and other business law disputes involving hundreds of millions of dollars in damage claims. Recently, he served as lead trial counsel in the prosecution of complex trade secret litigation for the nation's largest provider of patient auditing and overpayment recovery services.

Mr. Davidson is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward White Inc.) in the areas of antitrust law and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Waller Lansden, he was a member of Stokes Bartholomew Evans & Petree P.A. in Nashville, Tennessee, where he was a member of the firm's Board of Directors and Chair of its Litigation Practice Group.

Mr. Davidson received his B.A. from Syracuse University. He received his law degree from Vanderbilt University in 1980. He also received an LL.M. from the University College, London, England, in 1981.
