Michael P. Maslanka is a partner in the Dallas office of Ford & Harrison LLP and is a popular and frequent presenter at the annual Advanced Employment Issues Symposium (AEIS). He has more than 20 years of experience in litigation and trial of employment law cases, including defending several multi-party cases under the ADEA, the FLSA, and the Civil Rights Act of 1991.
