With the impending mass exodus of Baby Boomers, how can you keep highly-skilled senior executives? What are the secrets to tapping into the tech-savvy "Millennial" generation? How will your current multi-generational workforce get along?

Learn how to engage your coworking Millennials, Gen Xers, Baby Boomers, and Seniors -- the new reality in the workplace -- and bring out each group's distinctive, valuable job skills. All while avoiding disruptive and expensive conflict.

Participate in the HR Hero audio conference, Boomers vs. Millennials: Eliminating Multi-Generational Friction in Your Workplace.

Today's HR executive must contend with as many as four different generations of workers with unique -- and often conflicting work styles. While Baby Boomers tend to burn the midnight oil, Millennials desire more free to time to spend with their families. Seniors and Baby Boomers often find themselves reporting to someone who wasn't even born when they entered the workforce.

If employers aren't careful, this cross-generational conflict can escalate into an expensive age discrimination lawsuit...

  • Sprint Corporation just settled for $57 million dollars after battling a 4-year age discrimination lawsuit.
  • BNSF Railway Company in St. Louis recently shelled out an $800,000 age-discrimination settlement with the EEOC.
  • A school districts in Stillwater, Minnesota will now have to cough up more than $1 million after the EEOC brought 12 age discrimination lawsuits on behalf of former school employees.
  • And the list of age discrimination claims just keeps growing...

Don't become a statistic. Learn how to help your multi-generational workforce co-exist and perform at peak effectiveness.

After this 90-minute audio conference, you'll walk away with:

  • A clear road map to managing the cross-generational mix and how to create tailored practices for each generation
  • Hands-on advice for helping Boomers and Seniors with the transition of reporting to someone who wasn’t born when they entered the workforce
  • New training techniques that resonate with each generation
  • Tips for carefully addressing the "unique" roles that parents play in the work lives of today’s Millennial workforce
  • An in-depth overview of the psychological characteristics and values of each generation and how they shape views in the workplace
  • Keys to managing the deficits of each generation, including the "instant gratification" trait of Millennials that is often met with skepticism by Boomers and Seniors
  • Realistic solutions to compensating a multi-generational workforce and why employers should know that "compensation and rewards" has different meanings for each generation
  • Practical advice for managing cross-generational conflict and the three critical premises to managing these flare ups
