The Change to Win Coalition of unions is stepping up its campaign efforts. Make no mistake -- while there is currently a lot of hype about new organizing approaches and neutrality agreements -- traditional campaign tactics are here to stay. Your organization could face a petition filed with the National Labor Relations Board at any time.

Learn how to fight organizing tactics by learning every phase of a traditional campaign.

When you participate in The Union Election: A Look at the Process, Typical Issues, and Shaping an Effective and Winning Response, you'll get an insider's approach of a campaign from start to finish from R. Brent Ballow, an employment law attorney who has successfully negotiated numerous collective bargaining agreements.

In just 90 minutes you'll learn:

  • How to respond to a receipt of a petition from the National Labor Relations Board
  • An inside look at election details -- including an analysis of the time, money, and creativity behind a campaign
  • How your managers and supervisors should prepare for and respond to a campaign
  • Steps for creating a calendar to monitor every phase of organizing efforts
  • Communicating the facts of a campaign to your workforce
  • How employers can seal a victory
