Prior to joining the company, Ms. Williams was an Assistant Attorney General in Chicago, Illinois, in the Government Representation Bureau where she practiced employment discrimination defense law. Prior to that, she was an associate at Dowd, Bloch and Bennett in Chicago, IL where she practiced union-side labor law and employment law. She earned her undergraduate degree in English Literature from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana.
