Adria B. Martinelli is a senior associate in the Employment Law Section of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP and practices in the firm's Wilmington office. She specializes in the defense of employment discrimination lawsuits, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and retaliation.
