You're located behind a Firewall:
Using Internet Explorer: When the login screen appears,
the line above the User ID (User Name) field should say
"Resource:" or "Realm:" followed by the phrase "HRhero.com".
If it is not, the login dialog box is probably the firewall or proxy
server at your business asking for an additional ID and password. Contact your
MIS or IT department, explain to them what the Realm line says, and they
should be able to give you the appropriate User ID and Password for your
server.
Using Netscape Navigator: When the login screen
appears, the phrase above the User ID (User Name) field should be Enter
username for HRhero.com at www.hrhero.com
. If it is not, it is probably the firewall or proxy server at your
business asking for an additional ID and password. Contact your MIS or IT
department, and they should be able to give you the appropriate User ID
and Password for your server.

Employers Forum User Name and Password won't work. If you're like most
people, you can't login to the Subscribers Area with your User Name and
Password from the Employers Forum discussion board. (Hint: Your User Name
for the Subscribers Area is a number, unless you changed it after
beginning your Employment Law Letter subscription.)
