Tips for responding when bad weather strikes

When a hurricane, tornado, flood, or other natural disaster hits, HR must have plans for employee safety, business continuity, and a dozen other issues. Even if your organization hasn’t suffered the effects of inclement weather or other disaster recently, it is still a good idea to revisit some of your policies and plans.
