Vance D. Miller is a partner with Armstrong Teasdale LLP and former chair of the Employment and Labor Department. Since 1978, he has represented management in all aspects of labor relations and employment matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies such as the EEOC, NLRB, Missouri Commission of Human Rights, Illinois and Missouri Division of Employment Security, and OFCCP.
