Edward M. Kaplan is a partner with Sulloway & Hollis P.L.L.C. and serves as chair of the firm's Executive Committee. He focuses on labor law, employment law, and general litigation. Jeanine L. Poole, is a partner with Sulloway & Hollis, P.L.L.C. and concentrates her practice on labor and employment law. A substantial portion of her practice involves advising clients in both the private and public sectors in all areas of employment law, from employment-related decisions and wage and hour issues to the preparation and implementation of effective employment practices and policies. Ms. Poole has successfully negotiated a number of school district collective bargaining agreements for groups including administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, and transportation, food service, and maintenance personnel, and regularly advises school districts with regard to employment issues.

William D. Pandolph is a partner with Sulloway & Hollis P.L.L.C. and has practiced with the firm since 1988. His practice includes litigation, with an emphasis on commercial, insurance, professional liability, and employment matters, including the defense of ERISA and non-ERISA benefits, wrongful termination, Title VII, ADEA, and ADA claims.
