Howard E. Cole is a partner with Lewis and Roca's Labor and Employment practice group. He contributes his knowledge in such issues as employment discrimination, occupational safety and health, unfair labor practices, ADA compliance, sexual harassment, wage and hour, and wrongful termination. Suzanne L. Martin is an associate with Lewis and Roca's Labor and Employment Practice Group. Her practice encompasses the defense of employers in the administrative realm and in state and federal court against claims and actions brought pursuant to Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, equivalent state laws, and various common law tort claims.
Ms. Martin also performs compliance and preventive advice and consultation to clients on a day-to-day basis regarding the hiring, discipline, and termination of employees, employee complaints of harassment and discrimination, and requests for leave. Ms. Martin regularly conducts in-house seminars for clients, their employees and managers on harassment and discrimination, wage and hour compliance, and general personnel practices, as well as wage and hour and personnel practices audits. In addition, Ms. Martin reviews and consults with employers about their personnel handbooks, policies and procedures, and employment contracts.

Anthony L. Martin is an associate with Lewis and Roca's Labor and Employment Practice Group. His practice encompasses the defense of employers in claims including, but not limited to, suits brought pursuant to Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
Mr. Martin also engages in the firm's preventive practice, conducting seminars, harassment training, and effective hiring techniques for employers. He regularly advises employers regarding employee handbooks, policies and procedures, terminations, employee leave, employment contracts, and responses to administrative agency complaints. Utilizing his prior experience with the NLRB, Mr. Martin also represents employers in traditional labor law matters, such as preparing responses to Unfair Labor Practice charges to the NLRB, conducting labor arbitrations on behalf of employers, union avoidance training, collective bargaining, maintenance of CBAs, and R-Case and C-Case experience.
