Michael A. Kalish is a member of the firm in the New York office and practices labor and employment law and litigation. Traycee Ellen Klein is a member of the firm in the labor and employment practice group in the New York office.

Michael F. McGahan is a member of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. in the Labor & Employment practice in the New York office, where he is a member of the firm's traditional labor team. He has over twenty-five years of experience representing employers in a wide range of industries including health care, insurance, hospitality and theater.

Peter M. Panken is a member of the firm in the labor and employment practice group in the firm's New York office. Mr. Panken's experience includes the following: represents employers before courts, administrative bodies and arbitration panels at federal, state and local level; advises management on union relations and collective bargaining; counsels management on and develops employee manuals, personnel policies and grievance procedures; conducts sexual harassment trainings for managers and employees. Mr. Panken has represented a variety of employers in collective/class action wage/hour litigation in judicial and federal and state administrative proceedings.

Lauri F. Rasnick is a member of the Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. in the Labor and Employment practice in the New York office. She has significant experience representing employers in labor and employment matters. She regularly advises clients in many aspects of the employment relationship, including avoidance of litigation, employee terminations, disability and religious accommodation issues, wage and hour compliance, internal investigations, labor relations, and compliance with federal, state and local statutes. Ms. Rasnick frequently advises clients on the enforcement and drafting of restrictive covenants and employment agreements, and defends claims for bonuses and other compensation and litigates claims involving restrictive covenants and trade secrets.

Ms. Rasnick has also represented employers in a full spectrum of employment law matters in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. She has also engaged in the mediation and arbitration of employment claims, both in the traditional labor and employment contexts.

Susan Gross Sholinsky is a member of the firm in the labor and employment practice group in the New York office.

Ms. Sholinsky's experience includes: advising employers in all facets of employment law, including compliance with EEO laws and other statutes governing the workplace. Assisting employers with respect to the development of personnel policies and procedures, employee discipline, leaves of absence, accommodation, workplace investigations, and termination of employment (including reductions in force), preparing employment, consulting, separation, and non-compete agreements, conductign workplace training seminars for employees, managers, and human resources personnel in a variety of industries.
