Michael A. Kalish is a member of the firm in the New York office and practices labor and employment law and litigation. Alesia J. Kantor is a member of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. in the Labor and Employment Practice Group and practices in the New York office. She has more than 19 years of experience representing management on a variety of labor and employment law matters.

Traycee Ellen Klein is a member of the firm in the labor and employment practice group in the New York office.

Peter M. Panken is a member of the firm in the labor and employment practice group in the firm's New York office. He represents management in a wide range of industries on all aspects of employment and union-related matters. A. Jonathan Trafimow is a member of the firm in the Labor and Employment Practice Goup in the New York office.

Mr. Trafimow's experience includes: representing employers in all areas of workplace discrimination, retaliation, harassment and civil rights claims, and class actions; providing advice and counsel to employers on discrimination and retaliation policies and prevention, collective bargaining, wage and hour matters and other issues; drafting employee handbooks, severance packages, employment agreements and other documents.

Mr. Trafimow co-hosts an Internet discussion group devoted to labor and employment matters in affiliation with the editors of Workforce Magazine, which can be found under the title Legal Forum at www.workforce.com.

Mr. Trafimow is a frequent writer and speaker on employment law issues, and a trained mediator. He graduated from New York University School of Law in 1989.
