UPDATE: New Federal EEOC Poster Released.
On October 23, 2009, the EEOC released the revised “Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law” poster, updated with information on the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA). The new law is effective November 21, 2009. The EEOC posting change is mandatory for all covered employers. All Federal posters need to be updated.
Now updated with the new federal minimum wage increase, which is $7.25 an hour. Due to the increase, many states will also raise their minimum wage. Learn more about your state.
