A relevant issue. I’ve seen several employee attitude surveys and polls indicating that employees don’t trust their company leaders the way they once did. Translation, in my opinion: the recession has eroded trust and communications between employees and managers. It should be interesting to see how HR, corporate communications and senior leaders address this “trust deficit” in the coming months.
